I went in!
Went to a teller I told the teller what I needed her to do. I told her she had better get. pen & paper for what I need her to do. She did not! Instead! she asked me:”HOW MUCH IS ON THE CARD?” Little did I know! What she had in mind!
She tried to access my direct express account for the full amount! She could not! Because of her “FUCKING UP!” I got penalized for her “FUCK UP!” That! I could not use my direct express card there at all!
I called the bank! All I got from whoever I talked to! Was! “LIP SERVICE!”. Next day I met with someone at the bank! She had to have been the one! I talked to Weds.!
Because she again did “LIP SERVICE” again! I was not done talking to her! she walked away from me!
IF THIS IS WHAT US BANKCORP CALLS? “CUSTOMER SERVICE? IT’S AN ABOMBANATION!
I GOT NOWHERE WITH THESE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION!
NEEDLESS TO SAY! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY I GOT TREATED BY THESE WOMEN AT ALL!
US BANCORP IS VERY LTD. WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
ONLY A TOLL-FREE PHONE NUMBER????
WHEN OTHER BANKS HAVE MORE OPTIONS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!
HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH US BANK (BANKCORP) AT ALL!
WHY? ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?
IS WAY BEYOND ME!!!!!!!
A few days later! After I published this! I got a call from the bank mgr., Instead of being an ombudswoman! She was biased & took the tellers side. Not! Solving the problem at all!
Instead! She tried to get me to deposit my SSI funds into my checking account. NO WAY!!!! WILL THAT EVER COME TO PASS!
I AM STILL! NOT HAPPY OR SATISFIED AT ALL!AT HOW I GOT TREATED BY BOTH! THE TELLER IN QUESTION! AND! THE BANK MANGER AS WELL! THE BANK MANAGER IS A “SLICKSTER!”
