Who? Has not wanted to quit?

I have seen and heard about ways to quit smoking.

One of them is! Take a mason jar. And fill it with water. For each time you smoke! Take the cigarette butt! and put it in the jar. Over time, you will see the tar and nicotine and other chemicals will make the water. Darker and darker.

This will show you what smoking is doing to your lungs!

An easier way is! Chew gum when the craving hits! Find something to do to take your mind off smoking, Art, writing (blogging/posting), Snack items mostly pretzel rods, candied cigarettes (if! They still make them!), there is an item that! Is called grinds! https://getgrinds.com/

LAST! The thing I would recommend is? “Clean before using!”.  Pencils, pens, toothpicks., swizzle sticks*  Lollipops! You get the idea!
